The Rezydencje Leśne project is first of all an architectural concept based on full technical infrastructure. A client who buys a plot of land obtains much more than in the case of a regular land property – they receive a complex development product: developed surroundings in the form of roads, pavements and lighting, a design of a villa including a building permit and a plot with utilities and complete infrastructure. After purchasing a plot of land the client only needs to make a decision on the launch of the construction, which they can carry out on their own or commission a company of their choice to do it for them. If a client wants to change the design of their house, they can count on the support of Echo Investment throughout the whole process of obtaining a new building permit. Plots in Rezydencje Leśne have areas ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 sqm. This provides clients with a possibility of building residence-like houses with areas ranging from 300 to 700 sqm.
The functional programme of the houses is as follows: on the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a larder, a dining room, a study and a dressing room.
